SUP and CANOE Rentals – Lessons

Every day from 09.00 – 20.00 at Psili Ammos Bay.

You can rent S.U.P Boards, Canoes for one or two persons.

We make sure that you are safe and enjoy your paddling or canoeing time by giving you a crash course and providing life jackets. If you want, we accompany you at your first ride, and ensure that you experience the  benefits of SUP and CANOE during the whole time of your course!

Once you learn how to standup paddleboard, you begin to master it with increasing endurance of the constant paddling.

Water naturally soothes the body and exercise helps to reduce stress. Add to all of that the soothing sounds as you glide through the water, and the stress you feel starts to loosen its grip on you and melts away.

Tranquality & Enjoyment

Paddling and Canoeing can be peaceful and meditative or can be exhilarating – depending on where and how you do it. Paddling is a great way to enjoy our waterways.

Low impact

Standup paddling is a very low impact exercise. Therefore, it is unlikely that you will do damage to the tendons and ligaments of your joints.

Improves balance

Standup paddleboarding requires you to stand upright on the board, which requires a lot of core stability and leg strength to maintain balance. As a result it increases your focus and balance in day-to-day activities, as well.
