SUP (Stand up paddle) boarding has been listed as the most popular outdoor activity in the world among first-time participants! This is because regardless of age, ability or size, this sport is enjoyable, challenging and great for your fitness!
The contemporary form of the sport originated in the 16th century by Hawaiian surfers that used a paddle to propel their 5m length boards. In the 1990s SUP boarding was taught at Hawaiian surf schools as an alternative way to surf when there was little swell. Since then, SUP has taken waterways of the world by storm!
This is because everybody can do it! You do not need to be an athlete nor have any relevant experience in order to enjoy SUP. What a SUP boarder really needs to enjoy the ride is good mood, a trained and fun instructor and beautiful waters!

As the paddler in sea Canoeing is sitting down, sea CANOE has a lower weight center and a stronger hold and the paddler can go for longer distances irrespective of small sea currents.
